Terms of Service

Last updated 17 October 2026. Applies to everyone who visits content.st or has an account.

1. What this is

content.st lets members upload videos, stream them with our player, embed them on other sites, and earn money from valid views. By creating an account, or by using the site, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher).

2. Your account

• Give true information and keep your sign-in details, API key and payout details safe. You are responsible for everything done under your account.
• Confirm your email address when we ask. One person, one account: do not open extra accounts to get around limits, payouts or a suspension.
• You can delete your account at any time under Account. That removes your videos. It is blocked while you have a payout request waiting or a balance you could still withdraw.

3. Your content

• Upload only what you have the right to upload and share. You keep your rights; you give us permission to store, convert, copy, stream and display your content, make thumbnails, and offer it through embeds and cloning, for as long as it is on the site.
• Cloning cannot be switched off. Any member can add any video on the site to their own account with a link. A clone plays your original files; no copy is made, and it earns for the member who made it. If you delete a video, its clones keep playing until the last one is deleted. If we take a video down for legal reasons, all its clones go with it.
• You are responsible for your content. We do not review uploads in advance.

4. What you may not upload or link

• Anything illegal where you live or where we operate, including content that sexualises anyone under 18. We report such content to the authorities and close the account at once.
• Content made or shared without the consent of the people shown, including intimate content shared without consent, and content that threatens, harasses or incites violence against people.
• Malware, phishing, scams, or anything meant to deceive viewers.
• Content you do not have the right to share (copyright, trademark, privacy).
• Adult content is allowed only if it is legal, everyone shown is an adult who consented, and you can prove both on request. Choose the content type that matches your account (Dashboard › Ads). We may ask for proof of age and consent and remove the content if it is not provided.

5. Copyright complaints

If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, tell us through the contact form: the exact link(s), what the work is and that you own it or act for the owner, how to reach you, and a statement that you are acting in good faith. We remove or disable content that clearly infringes, may tell the uploader, and close the accounts of repeat infringers. An uploader who thinks a removal was a mistake can answer through the same form.

6. Views and earnings

• Earnings come from valid views only. A view is valid when it is a genuine view by a real person and passes our checks. We do not publish every check, and we may add, change or remove checks and rules at any time without notice.
• Not paid, among other things: your own views and views by administrators, views that look automated, repeated, incentivised, hidden or manipulated, and views from sources we consider unreliable. Short or very low-quality videos may not earn.
• What a view pays depends on the viewer's country and on the earnings mode you choose, and rates, countries, modes and limits can change at any time. Current rates are on the Make money page. A referral bonus of 5% of a referred member's earnings is paid to the member who referred them, on top of (not taken from) their earnings.
• Viewers see advertising on the player page, such as pop-up windows, overlays and partner scripts, and may be unable to watch if their browser blocks it. By using the site as a viewer you accept that.

7. Payouts

• The minimum payout is $10.00. Methods: Litecoin (LTC), Monero (XMR). Payouts are processed by hand and can take time.
• You give the payout address. If it is wrong, or is not yours, we cannot get the money back. After you change it, a waiting period applies before the next payout.
• Your email address must be confirmed before you can request a payout.
• We may delay, adjust or refuse a payout, and take back earnings, when we find or suspect invalid traffic, fraud, a breach of these Terms, or a mistake on our side. You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn.

8. Abuse

Do not create, buy, sell or fake views or earnings by any automated, incentivised or deceptive means; do not run several accounts to get around limits; do not use the site's video links outside our player or work around its protections; do not probe, attack or overload the service; and report a bug instead of using it. We decide what counts as abuse, and we may act on suspicion alone.

9. Storage and availability

We do not promise permanent storage, uninterrupted service, or that any feature, rate, limit or API will stay the same. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot lose. We may remove files that nobody has watched for a long time. We may change, limit or end any part of the service.

10. Suspension and ending

We may suspend, limit or close an account, a video, API access, embeds or payouts at any time, for example for breaking these Terms, abuse, a legal request, or to protect the service or other people. We may keep or delete data as the law and our records require.

11. No warranty, limited liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost earnings, lost data or content, interrupted playback, failed uploads, or damage caused by other people or by third-party services, and our total liability to you is limited to the earnings you have not yet been paid. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

12. Changes and contact

We may change these Terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it. Questions, complaints and notices: the contact form.
